Our Cancellation Policy is clearly set out below. Please read and familiarise yourself prior to booking.
Booking
Please consider carefully before booking if you intend to attend the appointment. Be considerate and only book if you intend attending.
Full Payment is required on booking your appointment.
Payment is made via paypal through our booking service.
Cancellation of your Booking
A full refund applies if a client cancels appointment more than 7 days before the scheduled appointment.
An appointment will be rescheduled if a client advises us 7 days before their appointment. This must be rebooked within one month of the original booking.
If cancellation is received on the date of the scheduled appointment there will be no refund of any monies paid.
Where a client fails to attend their scheduled appointment via zoom or in person there will be no refund of any monies paid.
Note: If you are late for your scheduled appointment, I will wait for 10minutes into the scheduled booking time for you to join your Zoom reading / healing. If you arrive late this will impact your appointment time. Failure to arrive in the said time the appointment will be cancelled there will be no refund of any monies paid.
